Smart Bundle ("we", "our", or "the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information processed through our Shopify application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you.
When a Shopify merchant installs or uses Smart Bundle, we may process:
Smart Bundle may process limited storefront information when required to provide bundle functionality, such as product, variant, inventory, cart, and pricing information. We do not intentionally collect sensitive customer information unless it is necessary for a specific Shopify-supported feature.
Smart Bundle uses Shopify APIs and services to provide its functionality. Information obtained through Shopify is handled in accordance with Shopify's applicable requirements and policies. We only request access to information reasonably necessary to operate the App.

If you uninstall Smart Bundle, we will process the applicable Shopify uninstall and data-deletion events and delete or anonymize data that is no longer required, subject to legitimate legal, security, or accounting requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Smart Bundle may use cookies or similar technologies when necessary for secure sessions, authentication, app functionality, preferences, and analytics. The Shopify storefront and merchant's theme may also use their own cookies and technologies under their respective policies.
Smart Bundle may use Shopify and other trusted infrastructure or service providers to host, secure, process, and support the App. These providers may process data only as necessary to perform their services and may have their own privacy policies.
Smart Bundle is a business application intended for Shopify merchants and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the processing of your personal information. Shopify merchants can also manage or request deletion of their store data through Shopify's available processes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, or our privacy practices. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
